He always had great clarity and certainty when it came to knowing what it would take to win. He built our offers in a way that was strategic but was within our means and comfort level. We never felt pushed or intimidated into building an offer we weren't sure about or couldn't work for us financially (which is a concern for many first-time homebuyers!), and David always found creative and just downright smart ways to write an appealing offer. Throughout the offer submission, review, and offer acceptance process, David was there with us every step of the way. He kept us in the know about where the seller was with the decision-making process, was very honest, and gave us excellent advice when it came to when we should be more or less aggressive given the house, what he'd learned from the seller's agent, the market, comps, and ultimately what we were comfortable with. Before we get to the best part, I will share that, throughout the process, David gave us solid recommendations of preferred lenders, painters, movers, cleaners, landscapers, etc. - most, if not all, of whom he connected us with directly. There was so much added value along the way, that it'd be impossible to give an exhaustive list! In the end, what some people think is a miracle, others claim was serendipity, but what we think had everything to do with David's aptitude as our realtor, we found, put an offer on, and won our absolute DREAM house in RECORD time. This house checks every box, even the ones we didn't think would be possible for our first home.
